Returns & Exchanges

At LUNA & me, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
